A float is a decorated platform, either built on a vehicle or towed behind one, which is a combination of colours and creativity.
Watch the cavalcade of colour as the float parade makes its way through the heart of town and kicks off this year’s Boab Festival.
Floats are put together by various Community groups and come together as a showcase of Derby.
Don't miss this amazing spectacle of colour...Winners of the Derby Float Parrade will be announced at the Mardi Gras night.
